1 cup Beets
½ cup Frozen Berries
2 cups Baby Spinach
½ Juice 1 whole lemon
1 ½ tsps Chia Seeds
1 ½ tsps Whole Flax seeds
¼ cup Cilantro (chopped)
½ oz Collagen Powder
Purchase beets pre-steamed (Love Beets is a good brand) or steam them yourself. Peel then cut into 1 inch slices. Place sliced beets into a steamer basket, lower heat, and cover. Steam until vegetables are crisp.
Add frozen berries, beets, spinach, lemon, cilantro, chia and ﬂax seeds to blender. Add 1 scoop collagen peptides powder.
Add 3-4 ice cubes.
Using ﬁltered water, add enough to meet the line of where the food in the blender is to.
If needed, add more ﬁltered water to thin, or more ice cubes to thicken. Add slowly and reblend.
