Pumpkin Hummus


Ingredients:

¼ cup Pureed Pumpkin

1 cup Chickpeas (cooked, drained, rinsed)

1 clove Garlic

¼ tsp Lemon Juice

2 tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil

¼ tsp Sea Salt

Top with olive oil, cinnamon, cayenne pepper or pumpkin seeds (optional)


Directions:

1. Add all ingredients together in a food processor. Blend until a creamy consistency forms. Enjoy!
