
Ingredients: 4 organic turkey legs 1 tsp sea salt 1 tsp lack pepper 1 Tbs ghee (my favorite is Full Circle brand) 1/4 tsp rosemary 1/4 tsp oregano 1/4 tsp thyme Directions:
Pat turkey legs dry then season with sea salt and pepper Combine ghee with seasonings, in a small bowl and mix well. Place in microwave if needed for 10-20 seconds to lightly melt.
Rub ghee all over turkey legs and under the skin if possible
Place the turkey leg into the air fryer basket and cook on 325 degrees F for 27 minutes. Until internal temp is 165 degrees F.
Check internal temp and add time if needed, then rest legs for 5 minutes and serve.
