30min Flax and Oat Sundried Tomato Bread

Ingredients:

¼ cup Ground Flax Seed

¾ cup Steel Cut Oats (optional: gluten free option)

1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast

1 tsp Sea Salt

½ tsp Baking Soda

4 Eggs

2 tbsps Water

¼ cup Sun Dried Tomatoes


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Mix together all dry ingredients into a medium-large mixing bowl.

  3. Whisk together egg and water. Once combined, pour into bowl with dry ingredients. Whisk thoroughly.

  4. Spray small bread loaf pan with nonstick avocado oil. Pour batter into pan. Let cook for 30 - 40 minutes or until cooked through. Enjoy!
